ANZAC Day and free museum entrance

ANZAC stands for Australian and New Zealand Army Corps soldiers. So basically ANZAC day is the day both australians and new zealanders morn and appreciating those who marched to war at Gallipoli in Turkey on 25 April 1915 during the first world war under the administration of Mustafa Kamal Attartuk. in that war, the ANZAC soldiers lost to the Turkish.

For decades, New Zealand's ANZAC Day services had a solemn, funeral air, remembering those who did not return from the war. but, in recent years, the focus has turned to  the veterans who returned, and those who defence force now keeping the peace around the world.

so yesterday was a whole new experience coz even in malaysia i didn't have the chance to get involve in such things coz i was just too lazy... lol.. i'm thinking of going again next year coz the plan yesterday was actually to join the parade, but since it was raining+storm, so we decided to go straight to the museum. the museum was open for free yesterday, so it's a great chance to save our money coz normally we've to pay to get inside. i think it's only $5... i'm not sure.. just forget it.. haha.. to check out about the museum which is so cool, just click here.
